Our bespoke, professional training programs, are directly mapped to the GNVQ curriculum and can be used in preparation for the attainment of the following qualifications:

Retail Operations (Level 2)

Is suitable for any staff member who works on the shop floor carrying out a range of general sales assistant duties. It is designed to cover a wide range of outlets.

Customer Service (Level 2)

Level 2 is suitable for any member of staff who deals with customers. It is designed to deliver continuous improvements in service to achieve customer satisfaction.

Administration (Level 2)

Is designed for individuals who undertake a varied range of administrative work activities which are performed in a variety of contexts.

Management (Level 3)

Is suitable for a manager/supervisor with a tightly defined area of responsibility, limited opportunity for making decisions and managing budgets, as well as responsibility for achieving specific results by using resources effectively and allocating work to team.

Distribution & Warehousing Operations (Level 2)

Is suitable for staff which work in a distribution environment, undertaking the role of warehouse operative. The optional units provide opportunities for staff who specialise in a particular area of a large distribution centre or work in a small location.
